These consultations are administered by the Office of the Coordinator General and support engagement on State significant development matters. Consultation may occur as part of statutory processes under the State Development Act 2025 and may include additional engagement activities to support genuine and meaningful participation and inform decision-making.

Feedback provided through consultations and other engagement activities is recorded and considered, as appropriate, in relation to each matter. Submissions help inform the Coordinator General’s advice and recommendations and contribute to transparency in how decisions are made.

More information about the State Development Act, current declared and designated developments, and the role of the OCG is available on wa.gov.au.
